CHATBOT SUMMIT REFUND POLICY

1. General Policy
We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to request a refund for your ticket to Chatbot Summit. We aim to make the refund process as straightforward as possible while ensuring fairness to all attendees and organizers. This refund policy is part of our General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be issued based on the following conditions:

Partial Refunds (75%): Requests made more than 60 days before the event start date will receive a 75% refund.

Partial Refunds (50%): Requests made between 30 and 60 days before the event start date will receive a 50% refund.

No Refunds: Requests made less than 30 days before the event start date are not eligible for a refund.
3. Refund Processing Fee
A 5% processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.

4. Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Submit a Request: Email our support team at the contact information below with your ticket details, including your name, order number, and reason for the refund request.

Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
5. Non-Refundable Items

Service Fees: Any service fees or processing fees associated with the ticket purchase are non-refundable.

Discounted Tickets: Tickets purchased at a discounted rate or as part of a promotion are not eligible for refunds.
6. Transfer Policy
If you are unable to attend the summit, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Transfer requests must be made until Thursday the week before the event. Please contact our support team with the new attendee's information to initiate the transfer.
