In his keynote, Daniel will shed light on the transformative potential of Generative AI powered chatbots in consumer interactions. He will address different points of the customer journey and show how Gen AI chatbots enable both: increased revenues and decreased costs.
The focus of the keynote will be Otto Groups use of Generative AI to enable natural language search for user reviews, along with insights into how Otto Group has successfully benchmarked Generative AI bots against traditional machine learning-based bots in customer service.
