Since our founding in 1989, we have been dedicated to digitalizing business processes as a medium-sized consulting firm, specializing in software development and business intelligence. For over five years, we have implemented rule-based chatbots for external stakeholders such as website visitors, customers, and applicants. However, with ChatGPT setting new standards for natural language interactions, we have incorporated generative AI into our chatbot solutions. Recently, we launched the first global AI-powered product advisory bot for a DAX-listed client.
